The district currently consists of 14.88% of Orange County, including all of Cypress, Huntington Beach, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Rossmoor, Seal Beach, 22.19% of Anaheim, 9.90% of Garden Grove, 17.02% of Stanton, and 30.70% of Westminster.
